This had been a reliable way for me to transfer photos to my iOS devices but it’s stopped working since I last used it a couple of months ago. The detailed instructions in the app for how to solve connection problems look nothing like the options on my devices, so they are of no use to me.

Garbage app... programmers and company should be ashamed.

The app is unusable on my iPhone XR with iOS 13, it crashes every time I open it. I’ve been unable to use it for 2 months now since I updated.

Crashing all the time in ios14.

They seem to be unable to test the beta versions of iOS. It breaks after new versions are released and is buggy for months until they update it.

I'm trying to use the app on iOS 14 and it always crashes midway through loading a photo from my FlashAir card.

Please release and iOS 14 update. The app consistently crashes when attempting to transfer pics from card to phone.

It can’t be connected without the location service switched on. I don’t think there’s any relationship between wifi and location service.

Spent over 30 minutes trying to connect without luck.

I’ve been on iOS13 for a while now, and got the app to run on an iPhone 7 with no problems. I only gave it 4 stars because the instructions in the app & in the product flyer are practically nonexistent. Photos show up within 5-7 seconds from my Nikon D5100. Very pleased!

No longer works with iOS 13. When will this be fixed? The card wasn’t cheap and the app should be updated.

Had not used since iOS 13 - no longer works. Directions followed to a t. Also Deleted app and reinstalled. I see from a previous review not alone. Hate this when you buy something and it works then it just stops. Please fix.

This is a GREAT device! Please disregard the bad reviews when it broke with iOS 13. They fixed it.

Just downloaded all my Thanksgiving shots to my 11 Pro. Worked seamlessly and, maybe, faster than before. However, the fix took a ridiculous amount of time for a multinational tech company.

The app was updated to support iOS13 recently. But the fact is that it still can NOT work with iOS13. Once the app is opened, it failed to connect the FlashAir card. I can use the Safari browser to access the FlashAir card, but it is difficult to download the photos via the Safari browser. Please fix the issue!!

Took to long but it finely happened the update to ios13. Works fine once you get the settings set right. Thank you

How hard could this be? November is 1/2 gone... will we see an update, ever?

Everything has worked perfect, but now that the iOS updated it’s not working. Says an update is coming in November, but it’s already November 15. What is the delay?

Like several others have said I bought this product to be able to use with my iPhone and there is still no update to make it compatible with iOS 13 and we are 2 weeks into November already. What’s the hold up?

This app wasn’t perfect but at least worked in the past. Since updated to IOS 13 the app doesn’t work. Update to fix this is supposed to come out in November. It’s November 11th and still no update. The whole point of getting the FlashAir memory card is to be able to download my pics on my iPad/iPhone. I know you can do it via the website but the website it not user friendly or very slow to use.

I can open up the card in my phone browser by going to 192.168.0.1 but the new version of the app can't find the card. Disappointed as I really need it to work tonight - it worked fine about a month ago, but seems the new version broke connectivity or the new IOS version. Tried rebooting camera and phone - no luck.

I’ve had the FlashAir for a couple of years, and it worked great. Now, with the new iPhone updates my phone doesn’t recognized the card and I can’t upload my photos. It would be super if the app was updated to be compatible with the phone, otherwise there is no purpose for this memory card.

Even when successfully connected to the catd’s WIFI, the app cannot find the card. Help section is useless and generally inapplicable. Save your time and money and buy an SD connector for your phone instead.

Wifi is connected but no photos shown on the app. It worked fine in the previous versions but the in the update login page won’t even pop up... Instead I have to use the apps from other places to get access to my photos.

Since the latest iOS update, there hasn’t been an update for the app. The result? The app cannot find the flashcard even when connected to it and able to browse it from Safari. Time to update this, Toshiba?

Great product it took me a while to see why my sd card wasn’t working until I finally looked at the info when I deleted the app and reinstalled it ! For those using the app you have to go to the web !

Interesting in a moment of desperation I downloaded another app in Chinese that actually works!

This needs to be updated! Haven’t worked since the new iOS update. Other then that I love it.

The app has worked great up until the iOS 13 update. Since the iOS 13 update, my phone connects to the card, but won’t load any pictures on the app. The whole point is so I can get my pictures on my phone right away and that part isn’t working right now. Please fix!!

App works ok when it actually works which is so inconsistent. I wish I would have bought something else. Now the app won’t work at all since the ios13 update. Don’t waste your money.

Will work on my iPad Mini 2 running iOS 12.4.2 but not on my iPad Pro running the latest iOS 13.xx operating system. Maybe the company will test and fix the application.

I am a long time user and am so so frustrated!

Please update to be iOS 13 compatible. I just switched from an android phone and I'm really disappointed I can't use the app on this platform anymore. Accessing the card via browser is such a pain if you shoot in raw because the thumbnails won't load in the browser but used to load well on the app. It'd be nice to have the app up and working again.

Will not work with iOS 13. Doesn’t seem like updates come very frequently.

I had 600 fifth graders come through our factory for Manufacturing day. Used FlashAir to upload to Facebook. Thank GOD I waited to upgrade to iOS 13 the day after! It does not work now! PLEASE FIX THIS BUG. Was a 4 out of 5 now not even a 1 but I can’t rate it lower.
