Never connects

Update: 10/28/16:

App still wont connect. Ive bought a new v3 card, and tried both v2 and v3 cards from an iPhone 5s, iPad 3, iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6s. No combination works with this official app. I can still access both cards from the browser on those phones, tablets and computers. I can also use 3rd party apps for these cards without issue. So logical conclusion is this app is a bust.

I can access the card from the browser, but the app can never connect to it. This update didnt fix the issue, installing it brand new on another iPad mini, and iPhone still doesnt find the card. Im not sure what its using to access the card, but if they could change it to just allow a manual IP, like the browser, Im sure it would fix this issue.
