Please fix, app gives "connection error" after May 8 2016 update.

What a terrible product. The software doesnt make up for it. This frustrating poorly designed app doesnt help the poor overall package. Avoid avoid.

It is not connecting to flash air! What is the benefit of flash air then !?

Ive reset my card, followed the exact directions and tried to configure it a number of different ways- but the app simply wont connect to the card (connection error). I got it to connect once, and it showed a bunch of phantom image icons along with pictures, and the second I refreshed in the app it lost connection. Luckily the browser access still works, but this app simply doesnt work.

Like the other reviewer, I tried all manner of ways to get this piece of junk to work. The app never gets beyond telling you it cant find the flashair device. Even tried configuring it directly from my laptop using the MacOSX app and that fails too. If you bought one of these devices, return it. It doesnt work and is a waste of your money.

When I upgraded cant connect my iPhone & camera.So I want to install old version how can I do for this

I did and now it doesnt connect to my W-03 card. Had followed Toshibas initialize firmware and software steps but still failure. Wish didnt update because it was working fine before.

Please updated this app for iOS 10. I just bought this card and it wont connect for anything! Help!

After update to iOS 10 cannot log into card. Toshiba needs to fix this.

Update: Just wanted to update my previous review, I downloaded the configuration software and realized there was a firmware upgrade as well to my card W-02. After upgrading the card and reconfiguring (which I never did the first time around but guess I needed to now), it works again! This is on the new iPhone 7 w the iOS 10 software. Back to enjoying the usefulness of wireless downloading on the go! Ive used this for 1 1/2 years and have loved having the functionality of it but when I upgraded to the new iPhone 7 w the iOS 10 it will no longer connect. Please update!

i get scared cause i upgrade my phone before even use the flcard not first time and read the no working on ios 10 thing , im at 10.2 or something and it works fine just made sure u conect throw wifi first in ur settings , and u are ready to go

1. Photos dont load in app from the camera folder. 2. Every time the camera sleeps it looses connection & cancels the photo downloads already in progress.

Purchased the flash air SD card and a CF adapter to use in my Canon 7D. I followed the instructions in the app help section-the paper instructions in the package are only for iOS9 and below, so I assume most of the other reviews are using the wrong setup instructions. Followed the directions and was connected in less than 5 minutes! Works great-amazing technology and simple app that works.

Toshiba needs to release a firmware update for it to work with the new iPhone operating system. It will be a great product after an update is released, but almost all companies with wifi-enabled SD cards have been dragging their feet to release updates. Dont purchase until Toshiba steps up with an update.

This card does not work for ios 10 and their support is awful. Not worth it at all

Dont buy a wireless memory card that relies on this software. Cannot connect to the card. Even if I could, the use of wireless memory card looks very cumbersome. Very disappointing waste of money. Also support info link in App Store goes to Japanese language site.
